Multi instrumentalists
3 Bridies are Kate, Clare and Karina. We all live and work in Lanzarote. We formed the 3 bridies some years ago. The line-up has recently changed, but the passion remains the same. We are all passionate about our music and just love to play our instruments. We hail from Ireland, England and Argentina respectively, but have made our home in the idyllic island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands.
We love our Lanzarote life and love to share our music. Our repertoire is quite varied and can be altered to suit the venue or just the mood.
Our line up is as follows:
Kate: Lead vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Bodhran
Clare: Sax, Flutes, Clarinet, Whistles, Harmonica, EWI4000s, concertina, backing vocals
Karina: Congas, Cajon, other percussion
Bridie Scotland:
Bridie Scotland returned to her native home in 2016 to teach for a while. In 2018 she returned to our lovely island and joins us now and then for the odd gig. Watch out for notices when Bridie Scotland is playing.
